We are looking for a VP/Director Sales with a proven track record in selling IT technology and professional services, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships in Pakistan and the Middle East. This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape NorthBay’s market presence and help enterprises adopt cutting-edge cloud and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales account plans to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Drive new business development in key industry verticals, including high-tech, retail, healthcare, financial services, and media.
- Engage with CxO-level executives to articulate NorthBay’s unique value proposition.
- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales and revenue objectives.
- Accelerate cloud adoption by positioning NorthBay as a trusted partner for AWS-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance service offerings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Represent NorthBay at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting in IT professional services.
- Demonstrated success in selling disruptive cloud technologies to enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to engage and close deals with C-suite executives.
- Direct experience with large enterprise accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East.
- Strong track record in achieving and exceeding individual quotas.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value propositions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with AWS, or other major cloud providers (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile, start-up environment is highly valued.
