About the Role

We are seeking a professional who is currently working either as technical lead or has prior experience as tech lead and currently working as Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
• Interact with product owner and understand the objectives of client
• Translate business needs into technical project requirements 
• Help team in requirement analysis, design and implementation
• Manage project risks, dependencies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
• Act as the liaison between business, product, data science, and engineering teams.
• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and delivery milestones to leadership.
• Groom team members by improving their technical abilities, communication and overall professional skills

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years overall experience.
• Must have hands-on development experience of at least 5 years.
• Currently working as a Technical Lead with an interest in transitioning into a Project Management role; or prior experience as Technical Lead and currently working as a Project Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in .Net or MySQL will be an advantage
• Experience in LLMs will be an advantage
