Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript, along with experience building high-performance backend services using Golang. This role combines technical leadership with practical engineering and close collaboration across product, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Golang, and modern frameworks.
Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript.
Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs and event-driven solutions for enterprise systems.
Architect scalable applications using clean architecture, modular design, and sound engineering principles.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
Implement monitoring and logging, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver business-focused solutions.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and encourage engineering best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Required Experience & Skills

6+ years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
Hands-on experience with Golang for scalable backend services is highly desirable.
Experience designing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of authentication, application security, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Azure services and cloud-native application design.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor.
