Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, while nurturing existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and service gaps.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the IT services market, focusing on software development solutions.
- Minimum 15+ years of sales experience in IT services, preferably within software development services companies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Must be based in Pakistan, with a preference for hybrid working flexibility.
