Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, and TypeScript, along with experience building high-performance backend services using Golang. This role combines technical leadership with practical engineering and close collaboration across product, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Golang, and modern frameworks.
  • Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs and event-driven solutions for enterprise systems.
  • Architect scalable applications using clean architecture, modular design, and sound engineering principles.
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Implement monitoring and logging, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver business-focused solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and encourage engineering best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with Golang for scalable backend services is highly desirable.
  • Experience designing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of authentication, application security, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-native application design.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor.
