We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in the software industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in international hiring, with a solid understanding of Middle East hiring practices, legalities, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles across local and international markets.
Partner directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.
Leverage exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close critical roles under tight deadlines.
Utilize best-in-class ATS platforms and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and Middle East-specific requirements.

Requirements:

6+ years of proven technical recruiting experience in the software industry.
Strong track record in international hiring, especially in the Middle East region.
Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timelines.
Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
