Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support enterprise data management, data integration, data engineering, business intelligence, data modeling, and data governance activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Purview, and data modeling tools such as erwin.

The role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, governed, and analytics-ready data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end data management and data lifecycle activities.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop and maintain data processing, transformation, and integration pipelines using Databricks.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
  • Design, document, and maintain logical and physical data models using erwin or equivalent data modeling tools.
  • Support Microsoft Purview activities including data cataloging, metadata management, data lineage, and governance.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, consistency, accuracy, and availability.
  • Identify and resolve data issues across source systems and data platforms.
  • Ensure data is appropriately structured, documented, governed, and available for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with business users, data teams, architects, and technology stakeholders to understand and deliver data requirements.
  • Contribute to data management standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support data governance, compliance, and reporting requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong experience with Databricks for data processing and transformation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with data modeling, including logical and physical data models.
  • Experience with erwin or similar enterprise data modeling tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance concepts.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
  • Good understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, data quality, metadata, lineage, and data lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, international, and client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure data and analytics services.
  • Experience implementing enterprise data management or governance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data architecture and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with data quality frameworks and data governance practices.
  • Relevant Microsoft, Databricks, or data management certifications.
