About the Role
We are seeking experienced Program Managers to manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives within a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. Each Program Manager will oversee 3–4 active projects or programs, working closely with cross-functional delivery pods while reporting into the PMO Lead. The role requires strong ownership of delivery outcomes, technical understanding, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Exposure to AI-driven projects is preferred, and candidates who can join within one month and speak Arabic will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end program and project lifecycles, from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality.
● Oversee and coordinate 3–4 parallel projects/programs, balancing priorities and dependencies.
● Work closely with cross-functional pods including engineering, data, product, and operations teams.
● Report program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to the PMO Lead and senior stakeholders.
● Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
● Proactively identify risks and issues, driving mitigation and escalation where required.
● Maintain delivery governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
● (Preferred) Manage or support AI / data-driven initiatives, leveraging AI tools to improve planning, tracking, and decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
● 5–8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology-driven environments.
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical delivery models.
● Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Ability to work within PMO-led governance structures.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
● Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.
● (Preferred) Experience managing or supporting AI-related projects.
● Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
● Candidates who can join within one month will be prioritized.
Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).

● Clear visibility and control over risks, dependencies, and milestones.
● Strong stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness.
